We grant limited release for use of images in trade publications, organizational banquets, personal and farm websites, and newspapers.  Photo credit must be visibly displayed on or near the image (e.g. Photo credit: Laura Elcock Photography).

All images created by Laura Elcock Photography may not be copied, reproduced, manipulated or used in any way (to include web sites and Facebook), for personal or commercial use, without express written permission stating rights granted and terms thereof.  No usage rights are granted until full payment has been received by Laura Elcock Photography.  Unauthorized use or reproduction of a photograph constitutes copyright infringement and is a violation of federal copyright law.  Any unauthorized usage will be billed at 3 times the normal rate charged by Laura Elcock Photography for such usage.
